• Sight of bank statements, from the tenant.
• An employer's reference, in writing.
• Landlord References, in writing.
• A copy of the tenant's passport or driving licence to confirm the tenant's identification.

Please note we require the following from successful applicants

• One month's rent plus the equivalent of one month's rent as a security deposit.
