    As Managing Partner, with over 40 years' experience in the property sector, Peter Hillen retains a particular interest in agricultural and rural opportunities, together with residential properties mainly throughout the Banbridge, Dromore and Rathfriland Areas of South Down where he has operated extensively throughout his working life. Peter's wide experience in Estate Planning and Related Taxation provides invaluable knowledge and expertise to the successful delivery of more complex Property Transactions.

    Ian is a graduate of the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, with an Honours Degree in Estate Management. He qualified as an RICS member in 1997 and joined Hanna Hillen in the same year. He is engaged in all aspects of general practice - incorporating valuations, surveys residential and commercial agency, rent reviews, lease renewals, compensation schemes and development projects. He is an approved RICS Registered Valuer.
